We are looking for an experienced AI developer who wants to build AI solutions into our customers' business systems. In this role, you will deliver solutions on Microsoft Foundry, the OpenAI APIs or similar platforms.
What the role includes
- Design, implementation, testing and documentation of AI solutions
- Platforms and technologies vary from project to project
- Communicating with our customers about the solutions being delivered
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in software development. Strong references from AI projects can make up for part of the work experience.
- Experience delivering solutions that use large language models as part of companies' business systems and processes. We are looking for a developer who has built AI solutions into the systems themselves, not primarily a prompt specialist.
- Experience with RAG solutions or agent-based workflows
- Strong Python skills: you write code fluently even without AI assistants
- Fluent use of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
Nice to have
- Experience with common ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, Odoo, Lemonsoft)
- Experience with industry-specific systems such as WMS, PDM, PIM or MES
- Experience with data warehouse solutions (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
